Family home with style - Winders Trail, Ingersoll
Nestled amongst established streets down a quiet side road, our Gatto Home in Winders Trail really was a property built with comfort firmly in mind. This two-storey home was flooded with light from large windows throughout, combined with central air conditioning and a Gas 95.5% Efficiency Furnace for year-round temperature control.
Particular attention was paid to the quality of materials and fixtures, with hardwood used in the great room custom-made kitchen cabinets, oak star railing with wrought iron spindles and brick accents on the exterior. This Ingersoll new house was designed for practical family living at every turn, from the kitchen island with pot drawers and cabinet pantry in the kitchen, to the double garage with insulated door, and even a gas line out to the patio BBQ!

Accessible Homes - Regency Park, Guelph
We were very proud to have created two wheelchair accessible homes at Regency Park, specially adapted to suit the needs of our disabled homeowners. By customizing our designs and incorporating client-led modifications, we were able to create a home that suited their specific requirements from the moment they took possession.
Accessibility features included:
- No-step shower
- Wheelchair ramps to the front, rear, and inside the home
- Grab rails in bathrooms for safety and independent bathing
- Wider, wheelchair-friendly doorways with easy open handles
- Lower counters in the kitchen
